Eastbourne Boot Camps offer a completely new way to shape up and lose fat while developing strength, stamina and endurance! You will experience cutting edge exercise techniques and equipment including kettlebells, battling ropes and more! This is THE most EXCITING exercise class in Eastbourne!

Participation in boot camps in the UK is at an all time high and for good reason. They offer a totally unique exercise experience to the standard gym based exercise class while at the same time providing access to the support and knowledge of a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of one to one training!
Eastbourne Boot Camp runs outdoor based exercise classes for groups of up to 18 people. The sessions cater for everyone over the age of 16, regardless of gender, size, shape or fitness level!
Our aim is to provide dynamic, challenging and effective training sessions that are FUN! The sessions are designed to improve your fitness, health and well being. When you attend one of the Boot Camp sessions you will see that exercise need not be a chore and that there are so many more ways to get fit that spending countless hours on the treadmill or stationery bike!
All sessions are structured so that individuals fitness levels and abilities are taken into account, they will be challenging yet enjoyable and designed to deliver MAXIMUM results.
The boot camp leader will guide, teach and motivate you to reach your full potential; building on strengths and helping you to identify and work on weaknesses.
Boot camp sessions currently run on a Saturday morning in Gildredge Park, Eastbourne.
On Monday and Thursday evenings the sessions take place on the University of Brighton (Hillbrow Sports Centre) Astro Turf located on Denton Road in the Meads area of Eastbourne.
Wednesday morning sessions take place by the water treatment works on the sea front along from the Soverign Centre.
Places are limited to 18 to ensure that all boot campers receive sufficient support and encouragement while at the same time fostering a sense of togetherness which can in itself be very motivating.
